The AEG BY9004000M is a top of-the-range single fan oven with dual circuit variable grill and a huge range of functions. Operation is a breeze thanks to the single dial and digital auto cooking function. And thanks to the IsoFront door the outside of the oven stays relatively cool to the touch, making this a safe choice for a family home. The auto cook function detects the volume of food in the oven and then once you've chosen a food category, the oven will sets the appropriate time and temperature for the perfect result. The Speedcook setting, designed for convenience foods, dispenses with preheating, and there’s a pizza setting for perfect results. The defrost setting ensures slow and thorough defrosting of everything from meat to meringues. A low temperature slow cook setting also features, perfect for casseroles and joints. There’s an 80ºC keep warm setting (perfect for busy hosts or harassed parents trying to get dinner together). You can also select for the oven to cook conventionally, the best method for bread and cakes. A dedicated spit roasting accessory is included as well as food probe to take some of the guesswork out of cooking. Cleaning’s easy with its Pyroluxe® automatic system, which burns off residues from every part of the oven, leaving you to just wipe it clean – no chemicals needed, and you can select light or intensive cleaning. The shelves are antistick for easy and quicl cleaning too
